The rooms are adorable, very clean, and nicely decorated. They’re close to everything around COS, from Manitou and OCC to Colorado Springs, GOTG, Cheyenne Mountain, and downtown. The walls are thick enough that we couldn’t hear other guests. Inside, there’s a proper coffee maker with coffee, sugar, and either powdered or liquid cream. The mini fridge has a freezer, and the Roku TV lets you sign in to your apps. The shower is also a bathtub. The bed was okay for me, though I’m not a memory foam person, so if you like that, you may find it comfortable. Parking was good as long as compact cars use their own spaces. There are two ways in and out, plus a back lot I didn’t use. Staff replied quickly to my emails and offered to move us when we had a quirky shower, though we decided to stay put. Customer service really went above and beyond. I’d stay again, 10/10. :)

We stayed here on vacation and felt safe. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with fresh towels provided. There’s a kitchenette with a mini fridge and small freezer, microwave, electric stove, and dishes and utensils, so you can bring food. The Roku TV has lots of options. Laundry is free, and detergent and dryer sheets are available too. Definitely stay here!

We stayed for over a month, so we got a good sense of the place. The apartments are small, cozy, and pretty, and would be a good fit for a couple. Pets are welcome. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient for Garden of the Gods, Manitou, and supermarkets. At first we worried about road noise, but traffic eased at night and didn’t bother us. The room was clean, with bright, crisp linens and towels. It had what we needed for daily life, including free laundry. The air conditioning made it easy to adjust the temperature, and there was an extra heater in the bathroom. The modern TV had YouTube, Netflix, and other apps, which made evenings comfortable. There wasn’t much storage, just a place to hang clothes in the pantry, but that wasn’t a major issue. Parking beside the window let us keep an eye on the car, and there was outdoor video surveillance as well. The owners were always reachable and helped us work through a few problems. We’re grateful for their help and were happy with our stay.
