The location was the only good thing. My son and I paid $75 for a really bad room, and our worst nightmare came true. There was a cigarette burn in the fitted sheet, the AC was extremely loud when it finally worked, and the security bar was broken. We put a chair in front of the door just to feel safe. There was plenty more wrong too, as the photos show. When I raised these concerns, the owner or whoever was at the front desk was rude and only said, “I’m sorry.” I’m trying to get my $75 back for this horrible stay.

A terrible place. There were bed bugs, the room was falling apart, and the covers had cigarette burns. The owner broke our door handle and then refused to return our deposit. We’re sure the handle wasn’t broken before, since we’d just used the door.

The internet kept cutting in and out, and I’m not sure whether it was just their hotspot. One mattress cover was very dirty, the towels were stained and dirty, and there was trash left in a drawer. The bathroom drains were clogged, and although the floor was nice vinyl, it didn’t seem to have been washed in a while. The walls and light switches were filthy, and the hair dryer was broken. They try to charge $25.00 for every extra key if you lose one and don’t wait until checkout to ask for it. I’ve heard of $5.00. It’s not worth what they charge at all.

The manager was rude, and the room was in rough shape. The AC only made noise without cooling, and the phone was broken with its line cut. There were handprints and grime on the walls, black smears and hair in the shower, and the mirrors hadn't been cleaned. The TV was already on when we walked in.

There was lots of space, and the room temperature was comfortable and easy to adjust. But the AC kept dripping, the sheets had burn holes, and the microwave and fridge were dirty.
