The patio had breathtaking views, and my dog was welcome out there with me. I only visited the upper lobby and patio. Inside, the lobby area felt a bit too crowded, though the stores had nice souvenirs and hiking clothes. The place has history.

We didn’t stay there, but went out onto the patio to take in the landscape with virgin drinks and salad.

Our server was top notch, and the burger was really good. We had a seat by the window.

Dinner at The Mural Room in the lodge was delicious, and sitting by the window let us watch a beautiful sunset. The cottage was clean and comfortable. To our surprise, it had a mini-fridge and coffee maker. It did get pretty warm without air conditioning, so we opened the windows and switched on the ceiling fan. We’re looking forward to a fun day in the Grand Tetons tomorrow.

We had a relaxing dinner at The Mural Room with a view, and the food was excellent both that evening and the next morning. Service was a little slow. Our room, 356, looked out over the Grand Teton mountain range. We enjoyed the incredible scenery from our own deck and even from bed, and had a wonderful time at Jackson Lake Lodge.
