The new budget hotel was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There wasn't much to do on-site, and no pool or hot tub. The room's motion-activated lights and power were a headache.

Robert and Martha at the front desk were incredible, and GM George runs the place with a real family-business feel. The property is brand new and can rival full-service Marriotts. This is easily the best Courtyard I've stayed at.
10/10
The rooms are brand new and really nice, and I had a very good stay. The motion-sensing lights in the room were inconvenient, though. I understand using them in the bathroom, but my room lights switched off several times.
6/10
The place is modern and otherwise great, but the AC units were so loud they woke me every 30 minutes. Turning the system off didn't seem to help, and the noise kept getting louder. Other guests reported the same problem.
10/10
The rooms are roomy, spotless, and modern without feeling cold, and even the lobby chairs were comfortable, I checked lol. The gym was solid, and using an app for the laundry machines actually made things easier. Staff had great energy, and the bar food was good too. My first stay in a brand new hotel was a success, and I really enjoyed it. I'll definitely come back.
