February 4th to 8th was a perfect time for our stay at Moss Mountain. It made a great base for getting out to winter activities, and Glacier National Park is only a short drive away. The area was so quiet and peaceful, and especially beautiful in winter. We’re already looking forward to coming back. The owner was friendly and attentive and made sure we had what we needed. This is a lovely bed and breakfast, warm and comfortable throughout, with thoughtful touches everywhere, right down to the cozy towels and excellent coffee. We felt welcome and relaxed the whole time. I’d recommend Moss Mountain any time of year.

That at-home feel was one of my favorite things about this place. The owner had breakfast foods ready, including English muffins, bagels, cinnamon and huckleberry breads, oatmeal, yogurt, and cereals. There were snacks too, like cheese, granola bars, nuts, and fruit. She was the sweetest and gave some of the best advice, and her cats are so loving. My husband and I stayed a week and loved it. The location was perfect, and our room had a private balcony, plus a bed and pillows that were incredibly comfortable. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Moss Mountain Inn was such a peaceful, rustic spot, tucked just outside Columbia Falls. Glacier National Park is close enough for easy day trips, but the inn itself is quiet and feels like a hidden gem. Our room was very clean and cozy, and the bed was comfortable. There’s a lovely solarium, small library, and garden patio. Marguerite, the host and owner, even has bear spray, bug spray, sunscreen, and hiking poles for guests. She really thinks of everything.

We spent a week here for our honeymoon and loved it. After hiking every day, it was great to come back to a cozy, spacious, beautiful cabin and have a full-size fridge for our food. The West entrance is nearby, too. Marguerite was wonderful and very accommodating. We highly recommend Moss Mountain Inn and are sure we’ll return.

We loved being able to sit on the balcony in the morning and evening. The property is gorgeous and peaceful, very clean throughout, and close to the park entrances. The no-shoes policy in the inn was great, and the hot tub was spotless and lovely. Breakfast wasn’t hot or communal the way I’m used to at a bed and breakfast, but it was delicious and healthy. There was always yogurt, granola, cereal, fruit, and cheese to help yourself to, and she’d picked huckleberries and strawberries from the property for us. My husband and I would love to come back, especially in winter. Definitely book this place!
