Starting over in a new city is a lot, especially after moving 3,000 miles from Oregon to take a new job in South Carolina. The people at Bennet at BullStreet made the transition feel much easier. Gabby especially stood out, and the whole team helped me feel at home instead of just handing over keys. From my first email onward, they were genuinely welcoming, answered all my many questions, and helped me through a long-distance lease. When my shipping pods were delayed and my car hadn't arrived, they greeted me with kindness. The space is beautiful, with a modern but warm feel, and I'm grateful to be starting this new chapter in Columbia and in this lovely area.

Gaby made us feel at home from the first meeting. She explained everything during the walk-through and helped us through each step of the process, which made the move feel seamless. The amenities are amazing, the shared areas spotless, and the staff really go out of their way to help. I highly recommend Bennet at BullStreet.

I’m a big fan of the amenities, resident events, and overall atmosphere. Gabby and Hunter are amazing. This place gets a 10/10 from me!

The staff are really kind, and you can tell they care about making things good for residents. The complex itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with a great outdoor area and pool. It's in a fun spot too, with restaurants around and a store close by.

Almost two years here, and I'm fortunate to call Bennet home. The team is incredible. Gabby has gone out of her way to help me so many times since day one, and makes me feel like I'm the only person in the building. Hunter has already embraced life at Bennet, even though he's only been here a few weeks.
