A huge shout-out to Rahul Patel for going well beyond what you’d expect from an employee. We accidentally left a prescription that needed refrigeration in the fridge, and he took the medicine to the UPS store to ship it out ASAP. I’m so grateful for his kindness.

I left within 15 minutes. The cheaper rate wasn’t worth feeling unsafe. The door to our room didn’t latch properly, and even with the deadbolt on, I could see outside all around the frame and the door wiggled. The manager said it was okay because no one could get in. I thought I might manage one night and switch rooms after resting, but right after the manager left, a man came upstairs screaming about someone selling drugs in the hotel. He broke open the door next to mine and beat the person inside. I called the front desk, but the manager didn’t seem very concerned about checking on anyone and said they were rearranging furniture. I grabbed my bags and returned the key.

The rooms were really nice, and Mr. Rahul was extremely kind. This place is the best in the world, and I’d totally recommend it. My only problem was that it was too good. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I don’t recommend this hotel. I was dealing with a bad sinus infection and needed rest in a quiet room, but the bathroom fan made very loud noises whenever I turned on the bathroom light because it was connected to the light switch. There were plenty of empty rooms, but Mr. Rahul, the owner, wouldn’t switch me to one. He refunded my reservation instead, and I never stayed at this hotel again. I also had to sit in the lobby for half an hour while he chatted with his friend before processing my check-in. I ended up staying at a different hotel that night.
