There used to be a lot of trouble here, but the new management has been working to clean things up and make the place a support for the community. They're helping people who are trying to get back on their feet. There will always be a few bad people mixed in with the good, but the workers care and do their best to find them. With more time under the new management, this could be a safe place for people to rebuild their lives.

I don't trust my own experiences, and most of them feel unsafe, so I hope things go well for you. Until we meet, I'm a ghost, and vengeance belongs to God. That's what I hold on to.

The rates are very affordable compared with other hotels. The rooms could use work, but they're renovating them and trying to improve things. Staff are great and help as quickly as they can. They spray for bugs monthly and are working on the problem, so instead of just bashing the place, people could leave suggestions for improvements. They also put on things for the kids and hold BBQs for guests, which you don't see every hotel doing. They're honestly great, and I recommend kill the queen for getting rid of bugs. Blessings to you all, keep up the good work.

There are roaches, black mold in the rooms, and no air conditioning. I have heat seizures, and the barking and howling dogs have given me a migraine that I've had for three days. They seem to be barking at all hours. If everyone is going to have a dog, I think a no-bark collar or shock collar should be required.

This place smells awful, and there is mold on all the curtains. The beds are falling apart, the ceiling is caving in from water damage, and there's pet feces on the walls and ceiling in the nasty rooms they give people with kids. I'm pregnant and the smell keeps making me sick. It's junky, and all night it's either hot or cold, with no in between. The staff are nice, since they all live here, but they have the nicer rooms for themselves and their friends. The remote stopped working, and I waited a whole week for a new TV because there was no remote. I was told I'd have to buy one if I wanted one, even though Amazon has next-day delivery.
