I’ve been loyal to Hilton properties for years as a Hilton Honors Diamond member. I book all our company travel through the Hilton Honors app and average well over 100 stays a year. We had planned to bring 75 to 100 nights annually to this property alone. I booked a room online for an employee, as I’ve done many times at Hilton hotels across the country without trouble. When he arrived, he was told he couldn’t check in without the physical credit card used for the booking. I’d never encountered that requirement, and it wasn’t disclosed during booking, so my employee was left stranded at the desk. I called the front desk to sort it out and got an extremely rude, dismissive response. They made no effort to help and showed no professionalism or appreciation for a long-time Diamond member who brings steady business. This was handled badly from beginning to end and could have been resolved with basic courtesy and common sense. We had expected to bring significant repeat business here each year, but after this experience, this property has permanently lost our business. Loyalty should count, and it clearly doesn’t at this location.

They even put out complimentary ice scrapers after a lot of snow overnight, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff member greeted us warmly when we came in and offered free water. The room was clean, and the shower got nice and hot. Breakfast was good, and the area was tidy and organized. I had a great experience and would stay again when I’m in Como.

Right off Interstate 70 at Exit 128A, the location was really convenient. My room was clean, the staff were kind, and I slept well in a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good too. I was happy with the stay and would definitely return.

The hotel was hard to locate because the signs were terrible. Once you find it, expect to drive into a few neighboring entrances. The room was dated, the TV and thermostat didn’t work, the carpet had stains, and the bathroom needed a better cleaning. Staff were goofing around and talking about their water bottles. The one bright spot was the caring, helpful woman serving breakfast. She should teach the others who pay their salaries.

The hotel itself was fine, but be careful at night. There was an unkempt man walking down the middle of the street near the driveway, apparently high on something, with a pewpew in his hand. I don’t know if that’s typical for the area or just a one-time thing. Either way, ladies, be aware.
