I travel to SC often for work in the theme park industry, and this was my first stay here last week. The room was modern and comfortable, and the staff made a good impression. The man at the front desk was friendly at both check-in and check-out, offered coffee and breakfast, and paid attention to what I needed. Nice hotel that does the job. I hope to stay again sometime, and maybe get a discount next time for leaving a nice review! 🙂

The room floor was dirty, though everything else was fine. Service was great, the front desk ladies were helpful, and housekeeping was very sweet. My only other issue was finding the place: GPS sent us behind the hotel, and it took ten minutes to locate. The road in also has big potholes that need repair.

My stay was awful. They treated me badly and then wouldn't refund my money. It's sad how money hungry they seem. The rooms don't feel safe at all, so be careful. I hope they reap what they sow.

The room felt unsafe, and the staff didn't help when we reported problems. There were two dead outlets and a light switch that didn't work, and the desk worker gave no reaction or solution. I also got locked in the bathroom because its doorknob wasn't working properly, and they brushed off the issue by saying we didn't want housekeeping. Inside the room there were holes, mold, a broken chair, and loose flooring. The hotel smelled like pot, too. The location seemed sketchy, and the potholes on the way in are so bad you'd want a car with good suspension. Worst hotel we've ever stayed in.
