The room was quiet and comfortable, with lots of space and amenities. I slept great. The lobby is beautiful, and the front desk was great. I loved having a Keurig, and I'll definitely come back for more work trips.

Our colleagues and I spent two nights here, and everyone came away with the same feeling: it was like the Chick-fil-A of hotels. The rooms were clean, and the shower pressure was amazing. My only complaints are the noise from upstairs, where you can hear every step, and the lack of smart TVs for logging into your own accounts to watch movies. Even so, I'll definitely stay again. The service really stood out across the hotel. The valet attendants worked hard and were professional with arrivals, the front desk ladies were warm and welcoming, and the bartender and housekeepers were a joy. We spent most of our time in the conference room, where Ms.Fran looked after the meals, refreshments, and cleanup. Sorry if I'm getting her name wrong. She was prompt, professional, and lovely to be around, just like the rest of the staff. They deserve a bonus. The company seems to take care of its employees, and it shows in how they treat guests.

I had a great NYE staycation. The suite was spacious, and from the front entrance I could conveniently watch the fireworks over the State House at midnight. The location is top tier, within walking distance of restaurants and bars, so I'll be back. The upgraded linens and towels were thick, soft, and a matching Grey instead of the usual white. I liked that I could play music through the TV and bathroom mirror. They also provided two bottles of water, and I could text any service requests or questions during my stay.

At 9 a.m. on 02/27/26, the man at the front desk was unprofessional when I called to confirm a reservation. He mumbled on the phone, then told me, “I’ve been receiving AI calls 5 times already about your reservation, can you tell them to stop calling? I thought your call was AI.” As someone who may stay there, that's not the attitude I want to encounter. How was I supposed to know a third-party booking site had called him five times? He could have pointed that out kindly instead of complaining. I work at a hospital where we get plenty of AI calls too, and I know better than to say something like that to any caller.
