I chose the hotel partly because it offered a hot tub/Jacuzzi by the pool. After twelve hours of driving, that sounded like exactly the relief I needed, but the water was cool and murky and the tub couldn't be used, even though it was on and advertised. I know there have been issues with the pool and Jacuzzi, and hope they fix them soon. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with great water pressure, a very comfortable bed, and a perfectly adequate TV. Jason was wonderful when I checked in and helped with more than one thing. I'd spoken with him on the phone too, and that conversation convinced me to stay here. The morning front desk staff were kind and helpful as well. I drive across the country a lot and sometimes need pet-friendly lodging, though this time I didn't. After a difficult day of driving in bad weather, I really needed the amenities. Thanks to the front desk team.

We had an emergency that brought around 80-90 family members to the hotel, and the staff were wonderful from day one through day five. The hardworking people here are the best. Breakfast was amazing, the coffee was always fresh, and the rooms were clean and nice. I'd definitely recommend this place whether you're traveling through or have an event going on. Thanks for everything.

The hotel is older, but mostly clean, with breakfast, an older pool and hot tub, and a small gym. Nothing fancy, though the basic amenities were available. I stayed during Missouri Wrestling State weekend, when prices were higher than usual and nearby options were limited. It was one of the last places with a vacancy, so it worked for what I needed. I had trouble with the TV and heater, but the front desk came up in about ten minutes to try to fix them, which I appreciated. The building has settled and is uneven, so the drawers would slide open by themselves. The walls are thin, and you can hear quite a bit from neighboring rooms. It did the job for a busy tournament weekend, but I probably wouldn't stay again. I just needed somewhere to sleep.

I had a comfortable, clean, spacious room with a king bed, and it was one of the few beds that hasn't made my back hurt. The blinds closed completely and blocked almost all the outside light, which I appreciated since light bothers me when I'm sleeping. Staff were friendly and helpful, and restaurants and stores were close by. The breakfast had plenty of choices, more than most motels. The pool and fitness center were being renovated during my stay, though they looked nice. There was a busload of teenage cheerleaders staying too, but they caused no noise or other trouble. The parking lot was well lit and had lots of security cameras. I had a nice stay.

The hotel is really nice and clean, but the bed felt like a rock and outside noise was awful. From my third-floor window, it sounded like a drag strip. The hotel can't control that, but if you need to sleep, you may want to avoid the highway.
