The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, which we appreciated. My husband and I had hoped to unwind and use the hot tub, but both it and the pool area were closed for maintenance while we were there. They sent us to a partner hotel to use its pool, but the conditions there were very disappointing. They should check partner facilities before directing guests there.

After a nearby hotel gave me an absolute nightmare of an experience, this place rescued me as a walk-in. Both the facilities and customer service were stellar. I also left an item in the room. When I called the next day, housekeeping had found it and put it in lost and found. Whether you call or speak with someone in person, they make sure you aren’t left unattended. Other places can barely get you through to the front desk. The whole team did a great job, and I hope they all do well. They’re doing customer service exactly right. Book here, and tell only your kindest friends. I’d hate to see them ruined.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was quiet at night, at least on the lobby entrance side. It’s set back from the main roads. The bedding looked new, the bathroom was spotless, and the beds were made so perfectly a drill sergeant would weep. I’ll absolutely stay here again. I didn’t try the bar or cafe, but they looked clean and inviting.

The location made it easy to explore the area, close to everything and simple to get around. Staff were warm, attentive, professional, and friendly, and they clearly wanted guests to feel comfortable. The whole stay felt effortless. I couldn’t have asked for a better mix of service and convenience, and I highly recommend it.
