Cockroaches! The rooms may look nice in photos, but inside they're disgusting. It's all one old building, so I'm sure the roaches are in every room. You'd be better off sleeping in your car. Stay away. The Quality Inn next door is better in every way.

The two men at the desk treated me with respect and clearly cared. The hotel next door wouldn't accept a split payment by card and cash, but the Red Roof Inn employees went out of their way to help me. Their loss, Red Roof's gain! I'll be back since I'm in Tennessee six times a year. Thanks, guys! 👍🏾

My mom and I spent one night here, and the room was awful. There was leftover water and soap in the tub, and a marijuana rolled up on the floor. The TV didn't work properly either. We asked management for help with the stay but never heard back. Whenever there's a problem, he or she is always away from the office.

The bed was hard as a brick, and the bathroom was filthy. The floors were buckling, possibly from a leaking tub or toilet, and the sink faucet leaked whenever you turned it on. Stained lampshades and a curtain that looked knife-cut added to the state of the room. It also looked like it had been broken into: the door casing was damaged, and the security chain was barely attached to the wall. We stayed the night, then asked the front desk clerk about a partial refund. I got excuses and was told I'd need to speak to a manager on Monday. These rooms aren't worth the price. Stay away.
