We were there for 20 nights, and the one bedroom suite stayed quiet. We never had nighttime noise issues. The whole team was friendly and worked together to keep the hotel clean. I even saw the manager mopping, taking out garbage, and cleaning the grill area. He was on it. It was a great stay!

My room was bright, spacious, and clean, and the lobby and halls were just as tidy. The whole place smelled nice without the scent being too strong. I was greeted right away by friendly associates. I highly recommend this Hilton establishment!

In earlier visits, every staff member I'd dealt with here had been polite and professional. My recent experience with Miss Shaila was the opposite. I had spoken with the General Manager about a private matter and was asked to come back on a particular day. When I arrived, she wasn't there, so I was sent to another manager, Miss Shaila. Even after I explained that this was about my earlier conversation, she kept questioning why I needed to see the General Manager. Her tone felt rude and unprofessional. She was dismissive and eventually told me to leave. I know policies have to be followed, but courtesy and professionalism should still come first. It was disappointing, and not at all like my previous experiences with the hotel's other staff.

Sheila made my vacation memorable with her wonderful service. From the time I met her, she went above and beyond to help customers. As a Nurse Practitioner, I recognize the empathy and compassion she shows to every person she speaks with. Thanks, Sheila, for being such an amazing person!
