The room was clean enough and felt safe to sleep in, though it showed the kind of wear you'd expect in a busy hotel. There were torn spots in the carpet and some banged-up surfaces. Construction materials and work were visible around the hotel, including in the hallways, but that didn't bother us much. Check-in was easy, and the long-term parking I booked with the stay went smoothly. The shuttle had a few hiccups, but we still got to the airport on time, and after our trip we were picked up within 15 minutes of calling. I booked through parksleepfly.com and had worried after seeing so many negative reviews the day before. It's not a five-star hotel in the best location, but it is a decent airport hotel with a shuttle. I'd stay again if I needed somewhere to sleep and park before a flight.

My husband booked and paid in full through Booking.com for our daughter, who was arriving alone in the USA for the first time on a Work and Travel program. She only needed the room for a few hours, from about 3 AM until morning. The receptionist still demanded more money because the reservation card belonged to her father, even though they had already charged that same card and accepted the payment. While she and her father were desperately trying to sort it out by phone, they put a young girl alone in a foreign country out on the street in the middle of the night instead of helping her. The receptionist's behavior was unacceptable and disgraceful, and I think the hotel should be reported to the police. I also think the tax authorities should hear about the theft and aggressive treatment of guests. Absolute scammers and thieves. If you're thinking of staying here, be careful and stay away if you don't want to be cheated. If I lived in the USA, I'd sue them immediately. For now, enjoy the stolen $89 for one night.

Daniel at the front desk was welcoming and very amiable, which was a bright spot. The airport transfer was timely, though both the driver and van smelled strongly of weed. The hallways also reeked of marijuana and cooking odors, and my non-smoking room had a heavy cigarette smell. It was a tiny room, very much a "micro size" one, with dirt and visible damage throughout. It works if you need to be near the airport for an early flight, but I decided not to come back.

I was here for a two-week work hitch in the Navy Yard. The room was really quiet and the heat and AC were adequate. I took off a star because there was no microwave, and the carpet was dirty and stained throughout the building.
