The room was so pretty, comfortable, and just right for my husband and me, so we’re definitely planning to come back soon. We did hit a few hiccups, but management helped us through them. I’m especially grateful to Seamus for responding quickly and taking care of everything. He was genuinely caring and helpful. I’d recommend the place.

I only had one night here and wished I could have stayed longer. Paul welcomed me warmly when I arrived late and walked me through the property and its amenities. I was upgraded to a one-bedroom suite, and it was spotless, well equipped, and comfortable enough that I could happily live there. The bed was great, and the AC ran quietly and efficiently. There was also a filtered sparkling water dispenser on the floor and a rooftop deck. I hope I can return soon.

Paul at Roost Midtown was understanding and empathetic when there was a mistake with my reservation. He offered every solution he could. Thanks again, Paul. Go Birds!

We came to Philly for marathon weekend, and the location worked really well: it was about a 20-minute walk to the start, and the neighborhood was fairly quiet at night despite being busy. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make our own breakfast. Our unit felt cozy and modern, with nice decor, and all the staff we met were incredibly kind. Austin, the concierge, arranged in advance to accept our packages, and the person who checked us in had plenty of helpful city tips. This was our first stay at a ROOST, and we'd happily book another.

The rooftop patio was a lovely place to unwind after a full day. Staying here felt like having a stylish apartment in the city, with the comforts of home.
