The room was in terrible shape. There was graffiti on the walls, and the carpet looked like it belonged in a war zone. I wouldn't recommend this place for a dog. I was told there'd be coffee and hot tea in the morning, but when I showed up at 7 a.m., the employee was sitting on his phone and told me it wouldn't be available until 8. I don't understand how they're allowed to operate, or what's going on with inspectors in this state.

I booked a room, but when we arrived there was a shift change and the employee said they couldn't help me, so I had to wait for the next worker. I had a child under 12 months with me. They were rude, unprofessional, lazy, and no help at all. I'll never stay here or recommend this place.

The rooms are outdated and need updating, especially for the price. The place is under construction, and none of the vending machines worked.

My first experience was really bad. The room was dirty, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and the vending machine was broken. I paid 110 for this service, and it was bad. I'll go somewhere else next time. Honestly, it looks like Bando hotels. I'm never coming back to this hotel.

The room was the filthiest I've ever gotten, with holes in the wall, and management was rude. This place used to be good years ago. Don't stay here.
