I booked during a stressful time, after my flight was canceled at the last minute because of Winter Storm Fern in January 2026, when thousands of flights were canceled. The hotel was quick to take my money when I urgently needed a room. But after my replacement flight was canceled too, they stopped answering calls and emails when I needed to make a last-minute change. I tried to cancel just 20 minutes after booking, but their no-refund policy meant they kept my money even though I never stayed. For ethical reasons, I would NEVER stay with this chain. They profit from people’s stress and desperation. Disgusting business practice. Stay with a reliable company that cares about service, and ONLY book a hotel that allows refunds for cancellations.

The balcony was a big plus, the room was nice and clean, and the front desk staff were very nice. But the fridge stayed warm even on its coldest setting, and the main entry light flickered. There’s no real restaurant, though they do offer a limited dinner menu. No bar or pool either. The woman preparing food seemed more interested in her phone conversation than talking with guests.

The room was clean and nice, with a comfortable bed and no complaints. It’s easy to get to and check in, and the shuttle was great. The driver was very nice. I’ll definitely stay again when I have a very early flight.

The shuttle driver was fantastic, friendly, and punctual. One of the front desk staff was also kind and professional. But another was extremely rude, and the dog barking on and off overnight plus constant hallway noise made for a rough night, especially with a 3:30 am shuttle to catch. The shower bar fell off the wall, and the bedsheet had holes. For $180 for one night, I expected better. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unfortunately one of my worst hotel experiences. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves things for future guests.
