I went to a holiday work party at the Fitler Club and had a great time. There were several rooms and activities, so it stayed interesting and never felt crowded. The food was good, the drinks were solid, and the open dance floor got everyone going. It felt comfortable and well set up for a crowd. I'd come back if someone I knew hosted another event there. A great venue for work parties and similar gatherings.

I’m here several days a week and love this place. As a runner, I find the location on the SRT perfect, and the classes are great. I’ve enjoyed lots of events too, including a real estate professionals gathering this week, game nights with board and card games, salsa class, and a great New Year’s Eve party. The food and cocktails are very good as well.

I was here for a private party. The location is discreet, and the food, decor, drinks, and customer service were all top tier. It’s a private social club, one of those places people who know about it don’t really talk about. If you’re reading this, you probably already know of it but haven’t been. My suggestion is go, but don’t tell anyone!

The room was large and really modern, and the hotel itself was cool. We only had a short time there, so I wish we’d had longer to enjoy the amenities. The restaurant and bar areas had great views.

The food is great, and I haven't had a bad meal. Some of the staff are what keep me coming back: Flo, Z, Jackie, Avdo, and Andrew are all exceptional. The co-work space is okay if you can tune out people having loud conversations in places where they shouldn't. The club could have the best gym in the city and become the top modern luxury club, but the cleanliness has become disgusting. The pool area is filthy. The hot tub has hair and grime around the sides and brown streaks around the bubbles. The cold plunge had tissues floating in it. It feels like no filter could keep up with that level of dirt over time. The bathrooms are filthy too. The steam room can sit for hours with empty cups and debris on the floor. Showers are rusted, often have Band-Aids, plastic razors, bags, and trash lying around, and soap is frequently gone. About half the shower doors lack proper sealing strips and bang loudly. Towels near the showers regularly aren't replaced, whether it's a slow or busy night, so you can get ready to shower and find none. Except when Steve is there, the bathroom attendants sit watching TV while there's dirt on the floor. Sometimes they blast Instagram reels or talk on speakerphone. I know people need breaks, and I worked in hospitality, but long breaks while the place is a pigsty mean the job isn't getting done. Blasting a phone around customers is obnoxious too. Parking is abysmal, with 38 spots for 2,000 members. I once waited 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. This probably sounds entitled, but when you're paying thousands a year, you expect certain standards. I'm running out of reasons to keep paying. Something needs to change.
