The one letdown was the muffin. It looked nice but was so hard I could barely break it apart, and I couldn't eat it. Maybe it had been stored badly or was past its freshness date. Otherwise, we really liked this hotel. Check-in was easy, the staff were pleasant, and the room was clean and fresh. The bed and pillows made for a perfect night's sleep, and breakfast had a decent selection. This will definitely be our hotel of choice in the area.

The beds were rock hard, and my wife and I slept badly both nights. On top of that, the iron ruined the only dress shirt I brought for a wedding. Melted black plastic was burned onto its bottom and stuck to the shirt. The wedding was in three hours, and my wife had our vehicle at the venue, so I asked staff to help me get a replacement shirt. They seemed apathetic, and their attitude made a stressful situation worse. They did take the shirt's cost off the room charge for the next day, but I still went to the wedding with black all over my white shirt. Hope this feedback helps.

After a card dispute, I was still charged $125 for a night I never stayed, even though I cancelled well before the date. I had an awful experience with the front desk. There was a guy whose name I think started with N, and honestly, he was completely incompetent and useless. If you're booking online through a site like Booking.com, don't expect them to help with anything. They replied to my comment asking me to reach out, but doing that got me nowhere. It felt like a marketing ploy to look helpful, when nothing was actually resolved. A complete, unnecessary waste of money. Don't book here. If you cancel, they'll charge you anyway, whatever the reason.
