Best Western Executive Suites

We booked this Presidetial Suite mainly for the indoor pool and hot tub, then learned at check-in that the pool was under maintenance when we called to ask about using it. That was a bummer, but I’m still making the best of things with a long soak in the private Jacuzzi tub. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

Whenever I travel to North Mississippi, I love staying here. The room is comfortable and clean, and the complimentary breakfast is sensational. Terrence Webb at the front desk does a great job making guests feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

The pictures are misleading, and the price is high for a poor motel. They don’t clean the rooms daily, and if you need towels, you have to get them from the desk. The refrigerator and ironing board lean, the furniture is broken, and the sink leaks. No one came to fix it.

The front desk employee called “Sweetheart” was rude. Sarcasm isn’t a good way to answer people. Checking guests in and giving them their receipts is part of the job, and this is a business that needs to provide those things.
