Ms. Jossey is wonderful, kind, gracious, and truly dedicated to her guests. She consistently goes above and beyond, and I appreciate her so much. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, along with a raise and a promotion. Thank you, Ms. Jossey. I don’t understand why this hotel isn’t rated five stars, because the customer service and overall experience have been the best I’ve ever had.

I’ve had an incredible stay and nothing but peace here. It’s in a quiet, safe area, and the service is reliable. The on-site laundry has been a huge help. This hotel is the business, and I highly recommend it.

It was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, and some of them have kitchens. I'll definitely come back.

The first room was filthy, with bugs and a rusty, gross fridge. They moved me to a studio, which was okay once I cleaned it myself, though the shower was really old. The front desk manager, Josie, was rude. I won't book here again.
