Express Inn Near Columbus Airport

The room was so gross and smelled of cleaning products that I got a headache right away. The sheets were stained, there was some weird goop on the walls, and nothing seemed sanitary. We left after just two minutes and booked at the hotel in front of this place. They still kept my $100 deposit, which hadn't been advertised anywhere.

I paid when I booked online, but they still wanted more money when I got there. I was so angry about wasting the time booking and driving over that I left without staying. I’m going to sleep in my car instead. This is ridiculous, and I expect a refund for the night I didn’t use.

The staff were rude, and I never saw room service. There wasn’t breakfast either. The vending machines were there, but staff yelled a lot and walked around carrying big sticks.

I found mice and roaches in the room, and the customer service was the worst I’ve had. I’d booked online, then was asked for a $100 deposit at check-in. I got it reduced to $25, but by Wednesday morning, after staying Sunday night, it still hadn’t been returned. They’d said it could take up to 48 hours. Management also didn’t speak English. Terrible experience.
