Extended Stay America Columbus Easton

The place was clean and well maintained, and the staff were simply the best. Carrie, Elizabeth, John, Fatmata, and Selena, thanks so much. I appreciate you more than you know. I forgot one young lady’s name, and I’m sorry. I can’t say enough good things about the team.

A convenient place for couples or singles who need a roof over their heads and want to focus on work. Kacy is a great manager. We had a bit of a disagreement at first, but I was new to the state and didn’t know all the rules. She explained things politely, even though I was a bit mean. Great place.

The room and location were way better than I expected. I was scrambling on a last-minute trip, and manager Kacy, I think, found me a great deal. She was patient even though I changed my plans a few times before and during the stay and wasn’t in the best mood. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect except for one small issue, and they handled that. The lady with pink hair on the afternoon shift was terribly rude and yelled at me like we were in the hood. They need to either let her go or retrain her to deal with the public.
