Ros checked us in with real care, explaining everything clearly while staying friendly and professional. The whole place was clean, and everyone made my family feel welcome. Breakfast was filling, and we also had a nice interaction with the manager, Alice. We hope to stay here again soon. A good spot for a quick getaway.

Toby at the front desk was great, quick to help whenever I needed something and full of useful local tips. I was in Columbus on business and had a good stay. It's about a 15-minute drive into the city, and as someone who's up late, I liked having lots of food choices nearby. I'd happily stay again.

The hotel was clean, and the room was a nice size for an overnight stay. Breakfast was basic, but my son liked it. I'm hesitant to stay at a Fairfield again after this billing problem, and I hope they find a way to prevent it happening to anyone else. During our weekend stay, the system was down, so staff had to handle things by hand. The woman working Saturday night was amazing, doing what she could quickly and with a good attitude even though the system had been down for days. Everyone we met that night and the next day worked hard and was great. Then, days later, my card company sent a fraud alert because the hotel had tried to charge me three times for one night. I called the card company, explained what happened, and they declined the two extra charges. When I called Fairfield, the person I spoke to didn't know what had happened and sent me to the 800 number. That person said someone may have entered my reservation as three days. I still had my confirmation email showing the correct details, but they were less than helpful and made it sound like the mistake was my fault.

Our car broke down in the middle of the night, so we had to stay until it was repaired. John got us checked in quickly and was incredibly kind and helpful. The other staff also did a lot to make us comfortable while we waited. The hotel was clean and bright. Highly recommend.
