We stayed six nights this past week and rented three rooms for my family. The service was terrific. Nick helped with towels and trash when my folks needed a little TLC, changed our room type when we needed it, and helped us extend the stay. Andrew looked out for us and made sure we had what we needed. Matt kept the breakfast room in great shape and was so friendly that he got each day off to a good start. The breakfasts were tasty and had a nice variety. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with a thoughtful setup: a full refrigerator and freezer, small dishwasher, ceramic plates, cutlery, and a two-burner cooktop. Since we stayed so long, we used most of those. Fresh towels and a cleanup every other day were great, too. We were really impressed with the staff, breakfast, and room layout at this TownePlace Suites.

When weather forced us to extend our stay, managers Andrew and Nick helped us out. The place was outstandingly clean and comfortable, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and spotless. Matt also assisted when one of us needed help, and we could use the dining area in the evening. We’d highly recommend it, especially for the help we received when plans changed unexpectedly.

Mark has always gone above and beyond to look after me, and I’ve always had my management experience with him. Scarlett is truly exceptional, too. This hotel is always clean and the service is excellent. It’s the little things, like a handwritten card welcoming me back, that make a difference. Once, after TSA broke a beer bottle in my luggage, the staff went out of their way to check me in two hours early. It’s a great place to return to when I’m in town.

AJ checked us in early, which we really appreciated since our three-, five-, and seven-year-olds were eager to swim. We had the lovely pool to ourselves because it was a quiet time at the hotel. Our room was spotless and smelled fresh. We felt welcome the moment we walked in, and AJ was very helpful. I’m pretty sure he was the one who checked us in last year, too. I learned this morning that he’s the Housekeeping supervisor. Great stay, thank you.

The friendly service was great, and the room was clean and nicer than we expected for the price. We had no complaints, and breakfast was nice. More vegan options would’ve been good, though.
