I picked The Graduate for the low prices, but I’d return for the service, comfy beds, and the kindness from the employees. They all seemed to really care about making our stay a good one. Our room had a mini fridge with free bottled water every day, which I appreciated because we kept forgetting to drink water. There was plenty of storage and drawer space for clothes, plus free coffee in the room. The hotel made our Ohio State University visit easy. It’s a 10 minute bus ride from campus, $2 each way, or an easy 2 mile walk. There’s also a nice lobby with tables and seating for gathering or working, and a bar attached to the hotel. Great value in town. I’d highly recommend The Graduate by Hilton in the Short North OSU.

We slept so well, even with someone in the room next door. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room felt cozy with all the lamps and nice lighting. We also loved the bar area and the delicious food. Such a good stay.

Kaitlynne made a stressful arrival so much easier. After a long travel day and a frustrating parking mix-up at the wrong hotel, I called feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. She patiently explained the parking choices, then welcomed me with a warm smile when I got there. Check-in was smooth, and she went over the amenities while helping me settle down after a rough evening. I slept incredibly well and left refreshed. Her kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and I’ll be back. ❤️

The location felt safe and made it easy to get to the airport and highway. Coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, and little stores were all within walking distance, and I liked having a relaxing spot at the hotel bar for a local beer. The rooms were clean, and the staff were the kindest and most helpful I’ve come across at a hotel.

There were plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance, and Shake Shack is right next door. The Graduate has spotless rooms and beds that were incredibly comfortable, plus an attached bar. It’s an OSU themed hotel in a great part of town, and we couldn’t have asked for a better night in Columbus.
