Hilton Columbus/Polaris

My parents were visiting from out of town, and Clark’s warm welcome made the check-in a really nice start to our stay. He took time to talk with us and made the process easy and pleasant. He was personable, kind, and genuinely nice, which you don’t see every day. Clark is a real asset to the Hilton team, and his service left a lasting impression on our family.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL STAY. Clark, the front office supervisor, was amazing and so understanding. Even during our quick 24-hour getaway, he kept track of every detail and checked in twice to make sure everything was okay. The staff at each spot in the hotel were stellar too. Bravo to Clark and the team.

The room had what looked like blood spatter on the comforter, and breakfast was far too expensive for what you get. The restaurant service was good, though. I also couldn’t use the Jacuzzi because there were lots of kids in both it and the pool. Noise was the biggest problem. You can hear doors opening and closing, people walking on the floor above, and your neighbors. I was unlucky enough to have a room full of kids with no parents, and it was shocking how little soundproofing there was for a relatively new hotel. Security did try to enforce quiet time. I reported the problems to customer service and was told a manager would call by Tuesday 10/21/25 at the latest. No one from Hilton called, and it’s now 10/25/25. I won’t be back.

The lobby felt warm and cozy, and the rooms were clean and modern. There’s a great gym and a pool with a hot tub. Non-Diamond members have to pay for coffee. I’ve got nothing bad to say and will stay again.
