Holiday Inn Express Columbus – Fort Benning Area by IHG

We found this place after a terrible stay at LaQuinta, and what a difference. The staff were all so friendly, the breakfast was excellent, and our room was clean and spacious. The hotel’s look and feel made the stay even nicer. We liked the coffee so much that we bought some, and we slept so well we’re going mattress shopping after this. A 15/10 experience. Thanks to the team.

Walking into this Holiday Inn felt like getting a warm, safe, comfortable hug. We’d booked rooms at two different hotels on Victory Blvd, fled one, and left the other despite paying for two nights. Here the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was very clean. The modern rooms were comfortable, the elevator worked, and the building felt quiet and separate from the other structures, a lot less sketchy than the places on Victory Blvd. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

We spent four nights here and were very comfortable. The facility was great and the price was good. I could pick at little things, but I’m sure the staff would have fixed anything if I’d mentioned it.

I tried two other hotels in Columbus, GA, one Hilton and one Marriott, before staying here. This one was much better for service, room quality, customer care, amenities, and the hot breakfast. I enjoyed it enough to return the following week for another work trip. Easily 10/5 stars. I highly recommend it and will come back next time I’m in Columbus, GA.
