Everything was clean, and the staff were kind and cheerful. Mr Charles sorted out a check-in hiccup for me and was very accommodating. We also really liked the pool and the breakfast. We were very happy with our stay.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are nice. Breakfast was great, too. There’s a little street noise, but otherwise it’s a great hotel.

Charles GM left a condolences card in my room after learning I was in town for a funeral. That personal gesture meant a lot. We also had warm welcomes from Monica on the day shift and Priya late at night. Our room was neat, clean, and spacious, with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, and a complete set of dishes and cutlery. The curtain that separates someone sleeping from the TV area was a thoughtful touch, and the lights all had USB ports. Hilton always has the best pillows and duvets, in my opinion. There was plenty of free parking at the front and back, plus an indoor pool, a nice workout room, and wide hallways with clean carpet. Breakfast was decent, with an efficient setup that cuts down on waste, and the waffles were great. This was our first Home 2 stay, and it won’t be our last.

We booked a two queen room for two nights and had plenty of space. It had a full size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, cups, and a proper table for dinner. The pool was warm and salt water, and the guest laundry costs $2. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided. The hotel is right off the highway, the customer service was great, and breakfast each morning was a full hot meal with rotating options. I’d stay again.
