The location right off I-270 is the biggest plus. Breakfast was better than average, though I still miss how good Hyatt Place breakfasts used to be before the quality cuts. There’s no real benefit for Globalists here. The property feels older, with some updates, and the rooms are okay, but the bathrooms are tiny. Pretty typical Hyatt Place.

The shower was fantastic, the bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. It was quiet, and everyone on staff was friendly. Check-in was super easy and the price was great. Even the breakfast was edible, which isn’t always the case with free hotel breakfasts. I’d stay here again for sure.

The buffet breakfast was nice, and I liked having real plates and silverware. There could’ve been more seating, though. We were here after a concert at King of Clubs, which was convenient, and there’s a nice meadery nearby. The room was pleasant and quiet, with a fridge that didn’t make noise and a toilet with strong flush. All good things!

This was my first Hyatt stay, and aside from one issue I wasn’t disappointed. The room was clean, spacious, up to date, and had a wonderful shower. I’d told the staff member who checked me in late at night that I’d probably want to extend, and asked them to note it by my room. The next day, when I tried to extend, the staff said they couldn’t because a group was arriving. I understood the reason, but the way they told me could have been handled very differently.

We came for a concert nearby, and the staff were so kind and helpful. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, actual food instead of individually wrapped bread products. It reminded me of Europe! I’d highly recommend this hotel.
