The inside was wonderful, which makes how I was treated even more unfortunate. They locked me out while I’d gone to see my son, who had just come home for the birth of his first child. They wanted a signature, even though I’d already had a coffee to get in and had put all my things inside, including my puppy in his cage. At 1 a.m., after leaving the hospital following the baby’s birth, I touched their camera and turned it back to its original position to try to get their attention so they’d unlock the door or answer the phone. I did touch it, so if they wanted to charge me $300 for that, fine. But they showed no compassion and treated me terribly. The neighbors renting right beside me, around 20 people, were all kicked out by security. One of the little thugs was drunk, had a gun, and came over while I was smoking outside, trying to hide it in my area. If you’re staying with family or want peace of mind, easy access, and a relaxing place that feels like home, don’t use these people. I’ll tell everyone I know never to go there unless they want their money taken.

The cancellation terms at Jungle House Boutique in Columbus, OH are much stricter in practice than “24 hours before check-in.” You have to cancel by the end of the day two days beforehand. For a 3 p.m. Sunday check-in, that means Friday, not Saturday or 24 hours before arrival. If something beyond your control makes you miss that cutoff, you still pay. I’m sure it’s legal, but it doesn’t feel hospitable. Read the fine print and consider your other choices.

I booked at the last minute and the place still surpassed what I expected. It was clean, stylish, and well equipped, with a convenient location near downtown, restaurants, and nightlife. Check-in was easy, and communication was responsive. I’d book again.

I needed a last-minute place and booked through HotelTonight. The house was cozy and warm, and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. I loved the plants and decor, and the location was great. There’s an extra fridge upstairs, and the layout gives two families good separation. The shower pressure was amazing, too. It was a very convenient stay, and I highly recommend it.

The A/C didn’t work, and there were no TVs in the bedrooms. Booking was ridiculous, and they seem set up to charge you for everything even after the room is paid for.
