The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with room to work, and the location was convenient. The staff were great too. But the bathroom dragged the stay down badly. The shower pressure was awful, and nudging the knob even a tiny bit sent the water from scorching to cold, so I never found a comfortable temperature. The toilet seat slid sideways so easily that I kept panicking I might fall in. I wouldn't stay again. There are plenty of other hotels nearby to try.

I lost my wallet in the room during my event stay and never found it, but Gina at the front desk was so kind and helped me try to figure out where it might be. Her support made a rough day a little better, and I really appreciate it. The rooms were very clean and fancy, too.

My mother and I had a beautiful room, and the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after. They really made my birthday weekend feel special, and it turned into an incredible experience. The room was spotless. There was a soothing noise machine, and I regret not using it. It's been a while since I've stayed in a hotel, and AC Hotel made it lovely. They did more than cater to us. I'll keep AC Hotel among my top picks for vacations and recommendations.

I've stayed here a few times while traveling through Columbus and will probably come back. The location works well for my needs, and parking is accessible and hassle-free. The facilities are clean, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are a decent size. Beds are comfortable enough, especially for the price.

We came for a volleyball tournament, and AC Hotel made room for our whole team, coaches, and parents. We had first been at the Plaza Hotel at Capitol Square, but left on the first day without even staying overnight because it was old and outdated. Here, we were within walking distance of the convention center and other things to explore. Definitely recommend!
