The bed is the reason I won’t book again. If you like rock hard beds, you may be fine, but they don’t let me rest. I was visiting a nearby town and Aces is a nice place otherwise. It’s a beautiful place, and I love the orange-red accents in the halls. The staff were very nice, with no trouble checking in early, and they politely answered my questions. My second-floor room looked lovely and had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and a unique accent bed light. The half glass shower was neat, but I felt cold unless I was under the water. There’s no bathroom fan, so the moisture took a while to clear. The breakfast lady with the East Coast accent was sweet and friendly. She was working hard on her own for a bit when they ran out of syrup, and kept things going until her coworker returned with some. It’s a nice, secure place where you need a card to get everywhere. I didn’t mind, but it’s easy to forget. We thought the elevator was broken, ha. Thanks for the friendly staff and clean place to stay.

The pool and spa are amazing. Even though the pool is indoors, it doesn’t smell of chlorine at all. The hotel is huge, clean and peaceful, with really comfortable rooms. Housekeeping was nice and the customer service was great. I also love that it connects to the casino. Breakfast wasn’t so good, but the casino food is so great that it makes up for it. This is one of the best hotels I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely be back soon.

I felt safe knowing nobody could get in without a key, and the gym had good equipment. The breakfast, whoo eee, had an amazing variety. Everything felt so nice. The room was clean, comfortable and pleasant, and those beds were so comfortable. The only thing I’d add is room darkening shades like most hotels have. The front desk staff were friendly and easy to talk with. We absolutely loved this hotel and will stop in again.

Lots of TVs! I finally got back as a local, and now that HWY 97 has opened again I can come more often. Dylan the bartender and Hanna the food and beverages manager have both been around a while, so they’re seasoned and always willing to help. Sundays have great specials too, though the marketing manager should advertise these and the other weekly things like bingo more in local print and on Facebook. I found out about the deals when I came up on a Sunday for the Vikings game. They draw each quarter when the Vikings score, have $1.00 hot dogs each quarter until they run out, and serve $4.00 Coors light all day. See you again soon!
