There were roaches and other insects. I booked two days, then extended my stay. At 10 a.m. I took my dog for a walk, and when I returned, my key no longer worked. My boyfriend was told that an ID was needed to issue a key, even though I was in the room and had extended for one more day. I'd only extended because the location was close to Warren that week. When I went in for the key, the staff member then brought up a pet fee for all three days, after already checking me out for the first two. I complained to Priceline. The whole thing was inconvenient and disappointing, and I noticed in my banking app that another $35 had been charged and then refunded. I was also charged deposits of $50, $45, and then $35 after checkout, with the last amount refunded. It felt like the refund might have been used to avoid returning the original $50 I paid at check-in. The place was dirtier when I arrived than after I cleaned it myself. The kitchen had no pans, dishes, glasses, plates, or utensils, and the room was very outdated. There was no smart TV. The plumbing needs flushing, the tub filled while I showered, and the sinks made a distorted noise when used. There was no dish soap, and the floor hadn't been swept or mopped. The towels seemed fairly new, which was the best part. The extra charges felt unprofessional. I don't recommend it.
