I woke up at 4:00 AM scratching my elbow and saw several raised welts on my arm and shoulder. I knew they were bedbug bites. I woke my young daughter, gathered our things, and left at once so we wouldn’t bring an infestation with us. No family should have to wake in the night covered in bites while trying to protect their child and belongings. I reported it at the front desk. The woman working there was kind and very apologetic, and this isn’t a criticism of her personally. But the response was to offer another room, which was shocking given how serious bedbugs are. This is a hotel-wide sanitation and safety concern, not something limited to one room. I asked for a full refund and quarters for the dryers so we could heat-treat all our belongings. The room’s condition and the lack of proper protocol are unacceptable. Management needs to address this thoroughly and transparently right away. Until they do, I strongly advise travelers to stay elsewhere.

My best friend and her daughter were woken at 4am by bed bugs biting them in their infested room. They had to leave immediately, then wash and dry all their belongings. UNACCEPTABLE!!! The desk person seemed completely nonchalant, like this happens regularly. Avoid this hotel at all costs. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Laura, the night desk clerk, was amazing, so sweet and helpful. We were visiting for Children's hospital Marathon and weren’t sure what to expect from the property, but we were pleased. The rooms were a little dated, though clean and smelled good. The shower was hot with plenty of pressure, and the beds, pillows, and coverings were clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and conveniently located for what we needed. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and I had no issues with it. For what I paid, it was worth it. Breakfast could have had more variety, since there were no eggs or scrambled options. We were a bit far from downtown Columbus, but having a car made that no problem. My room was near the washer and dryer, though the noise was minimal and didn’t bother me.
