Colusa Motel

The owner is fantastic, and it’s clear they put a lot of effort into keeping the property clean and looked after. We stayed about a week with my husband and our two pets. Pets cost $15 per pet per night. The rooms are spacious and updated, with a comfortable bed, a decent mini fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee pot, and a large flat-screen TV with Dish. The AC worked great, and the showers were hot. Everything was super clean. We’d recommend it and will come back when we’re in the area. Call to book directly, since it’s cheaper and easier to change a reservation if needed.

We got in late, when everything was closed, and tried to buy a couple of drinks from the vending machine. It took our $2, but the owner was kind enough to pay me back. The room itself was one of the cleanest my fiancé and I have stayed in. The bed wasn’t especially comfortable, though. I’d rate the stay 8/10.

Friendly, helpful service, and they really seem to care about your stay. The rooms are roomy and clean, with modern bathrooms, heating and AC, and a big flat-screen TV with Dish. There’s also a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker, plus parking right outside the room. Worked perfectly for a couple of days.

The staff were excellent, and the clean room worked well for our family. It’s also close to the river.
