We were traveling with dogs, and Nader helped switch us to a room that suited us better. Cierra checked us in alongside him and was informative, helpful, and kind. She explained the best way to get online, shared tips about the area, talked me through the free coffee, and tried to make it the way I like it. She even gave us passes to the local lifetime fitness. Such pleasant people, and a nice hotel.

We’ve stayed here once or twice a year for at least eight years. The staff are still friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself has gone downhill. It needs a refresh: paint on the walls, unstained bedding, and a deep clean, for starters. I’m getting close to looking for somewhere else to stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and manager Nader was friendly with everyone coming into the hotel. The customer service was outstanding.

The staff made this a smooth stay from arrival to departure. Frank welcomed me at check-in, was professional, and was nice to chat with. At checkout, Nash was courteous and professional too. The management team has built a strong, welcoming staff. My room and bathroom were both spotless, neat, and comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to major freeways and shopping centers, including Costco and Target. I stayed two nights to meet Marriott Platinum status requirements before April, and I was very impressed. I’d absolutely stay again and recommend the hotel.
