Kasa Impala Miami Beach

I stayed in the impala building for two days before our cruise, and I'd come back next year. The entrance feels like walking into a jungle, though it's a little confusing since you go through a restaurant. That didn't bother me. The hotel was clean and comfy, and the price and location were great. It's right by the beach and the party, in the middle of what you'd want to do in Miami Beach. I flew in and didn't need a car to see everything. It was easy to get a cab to the port too, I just emailed the cab company. Really excellent in my opinion, highly recommend.

You're just steps from the beaches, right between Ocean Dr and Washington Ave. There isn't a front desk, but whenever we had an issue they replied quickly. The cleaning and maintenance staff we met were so nice and welcoming. We had a great stay and I'd definitely return.

The entrance was hard to spot at night, but a really nice employee found us and helped us in. He was amazing. The hotel was so clean, with a spacious bathroom and large shower. The beds were incredible, comfortable and clean, and I loved the place. The shower and sink drained slowly, and there was an AC vent in the shower, which wasn't fun. You could hear people talking and flushing from inside the room, but I still managed to sleep because the bed was so comfortable.

My room at Kasa Impala Miami Beach was fine for the stay, and I liked having everything close by, especially the beach and Collins Avenue location. I did wake up to construction noise one morning, and the room wasn't cleaned after the first night. Even with those problems, I had a positive stay overall and would return.
