Buyers should do their due diligence. 63 Nobe 6305 Indian Creek is only 10 years old, yet it appears to be falling apart, with cracked concrete, corrosion and rust, leaking pools, broken pipes, and balconies crumbling. Sellers seem to be trying to unload the units now. There are major structural problems that need attention.
The building has a nice entryway and feels pretty secure, and the views are beautiful. Shops and a grocery store are close by, with a walkable park just across the road. But the pool has been unusable for months, and the elevators are either being repaired or out of service for days at a time. The stairwells are filthy, need paint, and have critters darting around. There’s plenty of city noise from the busy streets, and the parking spots are very narrow.
The units and the building are lovely, and the beach is right across the road. Even though the building sits by the road, the impact windows keep the outside noise from coming in.
The location is hard to beat. It’s a beautiful, secure building with nice units and great neighbors.
Where are you supposed to park? There’s no sign saying this is the place, and you can’t see the building number from the street.
