Terra Nova was the highlight for me. The staff were lovely, especially Javi, who was so thoughtful and made sure I had what I needed. The food was great too: I had a Caesar salad and a very rich, filling chicken Alfredo one night, then shrimp tacos another night. They were big enough to be a full meal, not the appetizer I expected, so I didn't need a salad. I like the hotel's location by the outlet mall, and the modern feel when you first walk in. The front desk team was friendly, and the little shop there has a good range of drinks and snacks. My room, though, felt dated. The wallpaper and pictures were dull, the shower was old, and the fan beside the showerhead was caked with dust. Turning the thermostat fan to high also didn't keep it running continuously, which was a problem for me since I need white noise. I learned from the bar downstairs that I could ask the front desk for a microwave and refrigerator, since those only come in suites. I did, and housekeeping brought one right away, which was great. I want to love this hotel, but for now I really like it. I'll come back and hope the rooms get some attention. The front of house and hospitality are hard to beat.

For a one-night stop after a long drive, this was a rough arrival. There was a red, sticky spot on the floor beside the bed, and then we found the bed was short-sheeted, with our feet touching the mattress. Staff said that never happens, but now it has. Our room was also right by the elevator, so we heard guests coming and going through the night. Parking costs $18, and breakfast isn't included. They do hand out a cookie at check-in, at least. The hotel itself seemed nice, and service was fine. Maybe it works well if the room is clean, the bed is made correctly, and you're not next to the elevator.

The daytime staff were really sweet, but the night crew was often away from the desk or on their phones. We also got conflicting answers from them about things like parking and extending our stay. We had to switch rooms because the first bathtub had a fist-sized hole. The next one had mold on the tub, and the headboard had visible liquid marks. Both rooms smelled off, and the toilet seat was very loose.

It's a comfortable, clean hotel and handy for the outlet. I did ask for my room to be cleaned at the entrance, but it still wasn't done.

A convenient stay for sports teams, especially if you're going to Brenda Villa Aquatics center. The kids can get lunch and dinner at the mall food court, and the hotel has breakfast available as an add-on. There's lots of parking, though it's expensive.
