The bed was very comfortable, and my first-floor room was quiet, clean, neat, and nicely updated. When I arrived, Dee greeted me with a huge smile and made sure I got the room I prefer. The next day I asked for a late checkout, and Ciara at the front desk handled it with a lovely smile. Great hospitality and maintenance all around. As a business traveler, this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at, and you can't go wrong choosing it nearby.

I booked by mistake, but it turned out to be what we wanted. The room was clean and updated, everything worked, the bathroom was spotless, and the water pressure was good. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the thin walls let in more noise than we expected. Breakfast wasn't much to look forward to either. Still, for the price we had a wonderful stay. The employees were friendly, and Samantha greeted us warmly and got our stay off to a nice start.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the employees were kind during check-in and check-out. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The location was convenient for Tanger outlets and fast food. Great service, a great price, and a really enjoyable stay. It felt like good value.

The room was small but really comfortable, with amazing beds and pillows, and everything was clean and neat. Parking worked well, too. Robin, the general manager, and Dee at the desk were informative, professional, and considerate. There was some confusion with my reservation, but they fixed it quickly to my satisfaction. Robin spoke with me herself to make sure I was happy and said I could contact her personally about future stays if she could help. I'm 69, and I think this is a perfect place for anyone of any age to enjoy the mountains of North Georgia.

This is a nice hotel for the price. Check-in was easy and hassle-free, and Dannia, the manager on duty, was very welcoming, attentive, personable, and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay.
