The staff were friendly, polite, professional, and helpful throughout the week, and the hotel felt like good value, especially with breakfast and parking included. Our room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space and a comfy bed. Some guests have even been upgraded. There’s free Wi-Fi in the room, and the parking is secure and free in a gated underground garage. Breakfast is a buffet with a good range of hot and cold options. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an on-site casino.

The front desk was the one good part of the stay. They were professional when I asked to cancel the rest of my reservation, and they refunded the unused nights. I appreciate how understanding and cooperative they were. I left after the first night and moved elsewhere. The place felt old, dusty, and badly maintained, and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was a big gap under the damaged-looking front door, and mosquitoes got in. Cleanliness was a major problem, so I was surprised by the high ratings and three-star classification. The nearby area also didn’t feel safe to me, with a noticeable number of homeless people around. I later learned the hotel had been removed from Booking.com. I had booked through Expedia, and this experience has made me rethink using the platform. I won’t book hotels through them again. There were much better hotels within 5-10 miles for the same price.

The room was clean, and the hot tub felt nice. Breakfast was decent and the location was good, though getting through the parking lot was a bit of a maze. The pool was still too cold at this time of year. My main complaint was the shower, which only ever got lukewarm.

Definitely five stars from me. I had a great stay and don’t get why this is a 3 star hotel. The room was really clean, and the staff treated me with respect. The pool and hot tub were clean too. There’s an ice machine and a vending machine, both handy to have. Thanks for the great service, I’ll be back very soon, most likely next weekend. Best hotel I’ve stayed at so far!
