We’ve used IHG locations in Ohio and Georgia on this trip, two in OH and one in GA, and didn’t run into this issue anywhere else. We have the Tesla adapters. The problem was having to work through a process and set up extra user accounts just to plug in and charge. The hotel advertises EV charging, but when we arrived it wasn’t compatible with our Tesla. If that had been explained clearly, we wouldn’t have booked here. My husband had to drive 15 minutes to the nearest charger. Our room was dated. We paid to upgrade to a larger room, but the beds were old and uncomfortable. After a ten-hour drive and paying extra for IHG’s better room selection, I expected more. Please describe the charger correctly so Tesla owners can plan ahead.

Erica at the front desk was so kind and helpful, and my daughter and I had a great stay. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was lovely. Having coffee and cocoa available around the clock was a treat. Miss Virginia Jr High School America enjoyed her time in NC. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Being about 15 minutes from the race track was a real plus, especially with all the rain delays this year. The room had plenty of space, everything was clean, and the staff were friendly. They switched up some of the breakfast choices each day, which added variety.

The location is good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the mattresses are awful. My room had two beds, and one was so damaged you could see the dips through the sheets. The one I’m sleeping on feels about 15 years old. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially when a five-day visit costs almost $1,000. What a rip-off.

The staff were really kind and helpful, and breakfast had lots of good choices. The room was clean, though the outlets are ran through and the mattress had a dip in it. The highway is right beside the hotel, with no sound barrier, so the noise kept me from getting any sleep. For how loud it was, the price felt wildly high. I’m not sure I’d recommend it. The city should have put up a highway sound barrier. The bathroom had a regular door, and the shower was okay, though the water pressure could’ve been better.
