The room itself was good, but the service was awful. The washer left my clothes soaking wet. I told the staff I’d used the cycle they suggested, yet drying everything cost me $8. The TV remote didn’t work either, and they just asked if I’d tried standing closer. Why provide a remote if it doesn’t work, and why not warn guests about the washer? Someone needs to repair it. You expect Holiday Inn to be one of the better places to stay, but the staff’s lack of attention makes it look bad.

I’ve been here twice and both stays went really well. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up sore, and the room was clean and cozy. I wanted to take all the pillows home. Breakfast is just okay, though Dennys is across the street if you’re picky like me.

The location worked out perfectly for us. We were close to the convention of Mario Murillo, The Living Proof Tent Revival, and just a few minutes’ drive from many of our favorite restaurants. The room was clean, the staff were courteous and very helpful, and the food was fresh, hot, and good. I kept the hotel receipt so I’d have the address for a future visit.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, and the place is relatively clean. Still, it’s an older hotel that needs renovation. It’s mostly wood and doesn’t block much sound. The bathrooms all have old tubs, and the floors creak.

The employees were responsive and did what they could when we raised issues, but this was one of the worst Holiday Inn Express stays we’ve had. We were in town for a vendors Christmas Market. The shower didn’t work when we arrived, though they fixed it the next day, and maintenance also had to come fix the TV. Breakfast was bad too, with runny oatmeal and nasty eggs and sausage. They can do better.
