Scottish Inn & Suites

We were meant to stay longer, but after just two days and three different rooms, we're cutting the trip short. The rooms matched the housekeeping attitude. Staff stared me up and down while I was switching rooms, I guess because I said the place was nasty and dirty. I have three small kids, and I don't want them eating boogers off walls you failed to clean. The tubs didn't work, and the cooking area didn't work at all. In the first room, the microwave was busted and unsafe for heating food. The second room had a broken fridge. There were boogers in every room, mold or mildew growing up the baseboards, and marks that looked like blood leaking from the shower. The pictures are from just one room, the last one. When I asked what the housekeeper was staring at, I got no answer, just more staring. The whole place was nasty.

The room, customer service, and location were all great. I'd happily stay again if I'm back in the area. 👍

The room was very clean and came with a full kitchen, and the price was good. We were also very close to the convention center. I would've liked a pull-out couch in our room, but it was fine without one.

The sheets, blanket, and towels felt very rough on my skin. Otherwise, everything about the stay was great: the space was VERY clean, the bed was comfortable, and the internet worked really well. They let me look at the room before I booked, since appearances can be deceiving, and gave me extra time for check-out without any trouble. The service was great, and I'd have given it five stars if not for the linens. A nice, clean place to stay.
