I spent three nights here, and only seven rooms were rented, but I was told the queen efficiency rooms and king suites were all booked. That was a lie. I really could have used a kitchenette during the huge ice and snow blizzard. The man at the front desk was rude and had no personality. The bathroom fan didn't work, there were bugs in the mattress, and black mold covered part of the bathroom ceiling. A big hole under the entry door let in a constant icy breeze and blowing snow. The sink and tub drained so slowly that I had to stand in dirty shower water, and washing my hands at the sink took forever. The hairdryer was broken. There was grime around the tub faucets and towel rack, another towel rack was missing by the sink, and the toilet rim was black and smelled foul. Those are only some of the issues. I have dated photos. My employees and I won't stay here again.

BEDBUGS! I was getting eaten alive and had to leave in the middle of the night. There was mold in the bathroom, poop on the toilet rim, and a big gap under the entrance door that could let bugs or even small rodents inside. The front desk staff were rude too. My boss stayed here for three days the week before and her room was much worse. She got stranded there because of the storm. They'd promised her a full refund, then offered just one night's stay. Don't book this for your employees. It's a dump.

I couldn't take a shower because there wasn't any hot water, so I left. They didn't mention the problem while I was checking in. If they'd told me, I wouldn't have booked a room. I paid $70 and they were only going to refund $10. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms and price might be okay, but the people working here were rude, especially at night and some of the daytime staff. When I checked in last Friday, the person behind the counter just looked at me. I said I had a reservation, they asked for my card and ID, gave me a room number, and said nothing else. I thanked them and got no response. No hello, no welcome, not even an enjoy your stay. I won't be back.
