The manager was accommodating, and it’s a great place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it.

We paid $183 for two nights in a smoking room, but ended up leaving for somewhere else. After we came back from visiting family in Quitman, we sat in the room and spotted roaches on the wall. My husband killed around 15 in about an hour and a half, and took photos of them and the nasty mess on the headboard. We couldn’t put up with it anymore. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff or owners were every bit as rude as the room was filthy. It smelled awful, and the number of roaches was unbelievable. This is the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. If you’re set on throwing your money away, give it to someone in need and sleep in your car instead. You’ll be happier and won’t bring any unwanted guests home.

The location was handy, near lots of stores and other places, and the cleanup person was sweet and tried to help. That’s about all I can say for it. We won’t rent here again, it wasn’t worth it. Our upstairs room was hot and musty when we opened the door. The air conditioner hadn’t been on, and took nearly an hour to make the room even close to bearable. Mold was on the shower curtain and in the bathroom. Now my husband, our five-year-old, and I are all congested and can hardly breathe. The Wi-Fi was so unreliable we could barely use our phones or watch TV, unless we went outside and almost halfway to Walmart for service. The bed was worn out and sloped to the right, making it uncomfortable to lie on. There was no microwave, refrigerator, soap, shampoo, conditioner, or anything like that in the bathroom.
