We chose this place because we wanted the indoor pool, but it was closed when we checked in. The booking page showed lovely pool photos and didn’t say it was shut down. I asked the manager for any kind of discount or credit, but he said he couldn’t do anything. Corporate told me it was a franchise, so the owner or manager had to help and Wyndham wasn’t responsible. I understand things break, but guests should be compensated when that happens. Very disappointing, and I can’t recommend staying here.

The staff were nice, but I felt unsafe traveling alone as a woman. I was on the first floor beside a door to the outside that was never locked, and my own room door’s lock didn’t work either. I skipped breakfast because I’d already read the other reviews about it. The room was among the worst I’ve seen. The bedding looked unwashed, roaches were in the bathroom sink, and a large dead one had been left on the floor. Hardly anything seemed clean.

We left right away because the room and bathroom were filthy and gross. They told us we wouldn’t get a refund, and we didn’t care, that’s how bad it was. This place deserves zero stars. If you stay, check out the pool! Expedia, please take this dump off your site.

The room was nice and the hotel is well located, but I was so disappointed in the breakfast that I would have cancelled for a full refund if I could. I use breakfast to get my day started, and this was barely a snack. I’m not expecting a full meal: the pancake machine seemed set to make tiny ones, there were instant oatmeal packets and only two cereals, and fresh fruit was hit or miss. The pool is closed indefinitely.
